Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Comment to MS:  Strongyloides spp. and Cytomegalovirus Co-infection in a patient affected by non-Hodgkin lymphoma

General comment:

The authors described the first case of Strongyloides/Cytomegalovirus (CMV) concomitant infection that occurred in a European country. This case is important for clinicians  in European countries for awareness of this parasitosis. Scientific sound is adequate.

The information will increase awareness of this lethal condition in patients who have obvious risk factors and present symptoms in the related field.

References need to be rechecked with the style of Journal. References numbers 11-31 can be reduced as appropriated.

Figures are clear and appropriate.

Specific comments:

Introductions, line 3 should be 30-100 million.

Please give more details about stool examination of this case.

Please recheck ref no.44

Reviewer 2 Report

I have made edits and comments on a word version of the file (easier since there were no line numbers). Should be attached here.

Comments for author File: Comments.pdf

English mostly fine, few things with the numbers however with decimals were I think would normally be a comma, just check those. In some places the language seemed a little hesitant, have changed it to be more - determined.
