- The contribution of functional foods to the prevention of a disease or for prophylactic consumption (for example, in the questionnaire, on a simple flu);
- Trust in the benefits of functional foods to improve general health;
- Trust in the benefits of functional foods to prevent some diseases.
- The null hypothesis is that family structure does not influence awareness, health or the preference in consumption and the alternative hypothesis is that it does. The results show that family structure influences the importance of these components.
- The null hypothesis is that the family structure does not influence the importance of the package, taste or brand, and the alternative hypothesis is that it does. The results show that the family structure does not influence the importance of these components.
- The null hypothesis is that gender does not influence the importance of taste, and the alternative hypothesis is that it does. The results show that gender does not influence the importance of taste, so regardless of gender, taste remains a critical factor in the decision-making process.
