This is a well written rationale&design for the PBM study.

My only complaint is that your paper should also briefly address and cite the ELATED-3 study.

As requested, we have added a citation to the ELATED-3 study and its importance for the study presented in this report (please see new text highlighted on page 10 of the revised manuscript)
