The authors report a case of Akatsuki's disease combined with a skin tumor. This is a case report from an interesting perspective. Please consider the following point.

Figure 1: For the histopathological image, please add a photograph of the normal epidermis within the overall image. A weakly magnified image would be good to add.

Thank you for the chance to review this interesting paper concering the occurance of Akatsuki  disease on a cutaneous basal cell carcinoma.

The Authors reported something that is already known in the routine practice, the development of crusts and keratin scales on the skin of people with poor hygenic conditions. The presentation on a basal cell carcinoma in curious.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

The English language should be improved.

For example, page 1 line 32 "After 2 months later" should be "After 2 months" or "Two months later".

Many dermatologists do not remove crusts adequately before biopsy, especially on the scalp of older men. A few more sentences with information about how to remove crusts before biopsy would be educational.
