1.Combination of low carbon collaboration and digital transformation is an interesting research issue.

2.What is the definition of digital transformation in this research? Adapting digital technologies? or business model transformation? Please state the roles of digital transformation in this research.

3.Please describe more  reasons or provide more references to support for using evolutionary game to deploy the low carbon collaboration model of supply chain.

4.Please discuss the appropriateness of initial value of parameters in the system dynamics (Table 6).

5.Please discuss the appropriateness of all initial probabilities and assumptions in section 4.3. Numerical simulation and analysis.

6.Many reference sources linkage can not be found. It must be improved.
