This is a well balanced and comprehensive review of assessment and rehabilitation approaches for pediatric MS. The discussion section does a good job explaining where the studies show inconsistencies.  

The authors might want to be a bit more cautious regarding their speculation on the interactions between fatigue and cognitive performance. In the adult literature there is quite a bit of data demonstrating very low correlation between self reported fatigue and poor cognitive performance. 

There are some English errors to be addressed.
