The topic of the article is very interesting for the reader also because the management of patients under BP or similar is not simple and treatment of MRONJ is a challenge.
The paper is well written, pictures are good and bibliography is recent and representative for the topic.
Just some minor spelling errors and a doubt on the follow up timing because in the abstract authors speaks about 10 weeks and in the article about 2 months, that is not exactly the same.

The Manuscript is a case report considering the use of autologous PRF in tooth extraction procedure in a patient under biphosphonate therapy. Main observation regards the Introduction; in this section an adequate literature review on PRF is lacking. The Authors meticulously describe antibiotic and antiseptic therapies in patients taking BP but they do not consider the advantages of using PRF. Easy manufacture procedure and PRF content in bio-active elements are important aspect to stress out to corroborate the result.
In the results/discussion section a description/comment regarding the handling properties of the membrane could be interesting.
A careful revision of the English language is recommended

R: Thank you for the useful consideration. We have added a specific paragraph in the Introduction with appropriate and recent literature on PRF as well as emphasizing the advantages of using it. We stressed the issues you kindly raised, i.e. ease in manufacturing and presence of bioactive elements.
