I have found an error in Equation (17) in my paper [1], and thus I would like to make the following correction: On page 7, Equation (17) should be changed from

Δ = a_{1} a_{2} a_{3} - a_{0} a_{3}^{2} - a_{1}^{3} > 0

to the following correct version:

Δ = a_{1} a_{2} a_{3} - a_{0} a_{3}^{2} - a_{1}^{2} > 0
