Text Correction

There was an error in the original publication [1]. The operators in Example 2, Equation (33), were given incorrectly. A correction has been made to Equation (33) in Section 4, Example 2:
R 1 = 5 3 2 1 0 0 0 , R 3 = 1 3 10 2 1 i 5 1 + i 5 3 , R 2 = 1 6 5 4 3 3 6 , R 4 = 1 6 5 4 2 + i 5 2 i 5 6 .
The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
