Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The theoretical derivation of the algebraic decay rate of weak solutions and the dominant role of the Stokes semigroup in this paper is sufficiently thorough. The proposed analytical method extends relevant conclusions from special unbounded domains to general smooth unbounded domains, which possesses certain theoretical value. However, the entire paper only remains at the level of pure theoretical analysis and lacks supporting verification at the numerical level, making it difficult to intuitively reflect the reliability and practicality of the conclusions. It is suggested that the authors supplement numerical solution studies for typical unbounded domains to verify the core conclusions of the theoretical derivation.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The authors are required to provide the PDF files of References [10], [11], and [15] cited in the paper. Additionally, there are many other references that I have not been able to retrieve. If these references are generated by artificial intelligence, it will constitute an academic misconduct.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

In the V1 and V2 versions, many references cannot be found, which has been corrected in the V3 version, indicating that the authors have noticed the problem. The authors are requested to verify whether the publication year of the latest version of reference [1] is correct. It can be published after revision.
