Comments and Suggestions for Authors

1. The article is interesting - I do think the authors could improve the language.

2. The content is interesting but I do believe the authors could try to provide more context in the introduction.

3. The mathematics could be overwhelming at a first read, I do suggest the authors try to add some description of the methodology.

4. This is an interesting and applicable topic, I would suggest the authors try to add some comments to provide justification and applications - this would "spice" things up a bit.
