Title: Precision Medicine for Lysosomal Disorders

The authors reviewed the emerging diagnostic technologies that may help to optimize the management of each lysosomal diseases patient and the therapeutic options available and in clinical development that enable customized approaches to be selected for each subject, according to the principles of precision medicine.

This article is well-written and important. There are only some minor points needed to be clarified or revised.

  • Tables 1 and 2: many columns are not wide enough to put in even one complete word. Please revise this point.
  • Please use the same English word style (e.g., Times New Roman) throughout the whole manuscript to make the article look more professional.
  • Page 4, line 84: there is a redundant “space” before the word “Cerezyme®”. Please check.
  • The page numbers of the manuscript are wrong as follows: pages 1-6, 1-8, 1-10. Why not “pages 1-24” continuously? Please check.
  • Line 200: Please use the full name of “CYP” when it first appears in the manuscript.

Dear Reviewer 1,

We truly appreciate all the constructive comments and suggestions, following are our point-to-point responses:

1.Tables 1 and 2: many columns are not wide enough to put in even one complete word. Please revise this point.Table´s cell dimensions were modified to achieve good-loocking document.

2.Please use the same English word style (e.g., Times New Roman) throughout the whole manuscript to make the article look more professional.

The article have been modified to the font style "Palatino Linotype".

3.Page 4, line 84: there is a redundant “space” before the word “Cerezyme®”. Please check.

Redundant "space" before the word "Cerezyme(R)" (Page 4, line 84) was deleted. Others redundant spaces were deleted as well in Table 2.

4.The page numbers of the manuscript are wrong as follows: pages 1-6, 1-8, 1-10. Why not “pages 1-24” continuously? Please check

Section breaks were inserted to configure Table 2 horizontally and page numbering was not continous. The editing team will fix this.

5. Line 200: Please use the full name of “CYP” when it first appears in the manuscript.

Full name of CYP was added (line 202).

Reviewer 2 Report

This manuscript entitled Precision Medicine for Lysosomal Disorders (LD) describes current and future treatment approaching for LD. The authors reviewed the issue through different directions very comprehensively. This article should give the researchers a shortcut to know this field and point out possible future directions for disease treatment.

BTW, the table format should be modified to look orderly and naturally.
