Conservative but Stable: A SARSA-Based Algorithm for Random Pulse Jamming in the Time Domain
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
This manuscript is very good due to the proposed SARSA-based time domain anti-jamming algorithm. However, there are some review comments
1) The abstract of this manuscript is not clear to me in the abstract section. This section must clear your manuscript contributions.
2) your contributions also described in introduction section as bullet items
3) Please add a related works section in your manuscript. It explains previous research works.
4) In table 1, you should mention the name of each parameter.
5) In simulation section, please you should include reference number of each figures like TDAA[],
6) In table 2, you should mention the unit of each item.
7) In the conclusion section, you should compare it to other techniques such as quantitative analysis. Also, you should mention the demerit of the proposed STAA scheme.

Reviewer 2 Report
The authors proposed a SARSA-based 15 Time-domain Anti-jamming Algorithm(STAA) and presented simulation results. The paper looks fine but there are many issues should be addressed as follows:
Abstract: it is very short and not informative.
Introduction: the paper's contribution is not clear. You must explain your contribution clearly and write the paper's organization at end of introduction section.
In section 2, page 3, line 98, what do mean by P:??? what is the its definition?
There are chinese symbols in equation 6.
Section 3, what do you mean "?In other cases, the Q value remains unchanged." page 5, line 153.
The authors mentioned "STAA’s process is as follows:" page 5, line 171. Is it a process or algorithm????
Section 4, Figure 5 is not clear. please enhance figure quality.
In Table 2, I suggest to mention your proposed algorithm as "STAA (Proposed)" and TDAA [Ref.]
Conclusions: I suggest to write sentence to present the performance of your proposed algorithm in statistical way.

Reviewer 1 Report
Thank you for addressed my review comments.
Reviewer 2 Report
Thank you for addressing my concerns, but I suggest to enlarge figures 4,5 and 6.
