Line 049: Please check if the pipe lines could be replaced with underwater cables.
Line 77: It is recommended to describe the reason why the topic has become a hot spot with some scientific or socioeconomic events or issues related to the topic.
Line 109: The name of the sea in the figure is recommended to be described as East/Japan Sea instead of Japan Sea. The naming is under a long-lasting argument between two adjacent countries (East Sea or Japan Sea).

The paper's idea and written overall are very good the abstract is representative and the introduction is reasonable and covers the topics but I think I was expecting to know more about models such as machine learning and big data fusion technology, for example, the programming model such as python used in machine learning the package

We appreciate your thoughtful review of our manuscript.
The future research directions of in-situ investigation techniques, physical simulation, and numerical simulation methods are discussed in section 6. We suggest that machine learning can be used to process heterogeneous data from multiple sources and is an excellent supplement compared with numerical simulations.
