Since the publication of the original article [1], the organization formerly known as Food Forward changed its name to DCWC Nourish. Due to trademark ownership by another entity, all references to Food Forward have been updated to DCWC Nourish, and all instances of the abbreviation FF have been updated to DCWCN.
A correction has been made to the Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Acknowledgments.
The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
