I consider this manuscript is worth publishing in view of the currency of the topic and the novelty of the analytical approaches being used. There are minor editorial points to be addressed by the authors before the revised submission is done.
One issue I found is that the authors make an assumption that the farm households are uniformly adopting the digital finance and technologies irrespective of their income sources. This point should have further explained in terms of presenting the values of average farm income of the households across the study regions. It seems that the authors also assume in the process that farmers do not have any outstanding problem of indebtedness and are able to best use the digital financial products and technologies and augment farm income. This may be a misplaced assumption as there could be significant variations across farmer groups. The authors may take this point and make a mention about their ceteribus assumptions in the context of the study.

Regarding digital financials, if you consider it appropriate, please detail the way of using financial digitalization in rural areas in the areas impacted by your study.
Being a vast field and with a rapid and constant expansion, it would be useful if you could describe a little what tools farmers should use, from financial banking to technology investments in internet infrastructure and so on
If you consider it appropriate, please expand the conclusions section and possibly incorporate the above suggestions into the conclusions section as well.
