In the original publication by Schuderer et al., there was a mistake in Table 1 as published [1]. ‘Radiation’ was falsely 66% instead of 34%. The corrected Table 1 is given below.

There was an error in the original publication. Radiotherapy was falsely described as 66%.
Corrections have been made in the Results section.
In the retrospective patient evaluation, 34% of the patients had previously undergone head and neck radiotherapy, while 36% were documented to have nicotine abuse and 25% had alcohol abuse.
The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
