Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

First, I would like to say that, this paper presents an interesting research topic, and it has the potential to be a high quality one. Unfortunately, the quality of presentation is disappointing, and the current version should not have been submitted. Below are some examples.

1.  Page 3, line 79-81, caption of the figure does not comply with the figure.

2.  Page 7, Fig. 7-8, poor figure quality.

3. Page 9, line 195-201, a duplication of previous paragraph.

4. Page 10, line 210 and line 213, logic conflict.

5. Page 11, line 223-228, what's the logic connection with the main topic of this paper?

6. Page 11, line 246-247, the description does not comply with the information provided in the corresponding figure.

7. Page 12, line 251-252, difficult to understand.

Reviewer 2 Report

This paper proposes a novel rotor PM arrangement structure, which can effectively utilize the low-order harmonics by using a group of flux bridges. In my opinion, this paper is well-organized, but there are still some questions to be answered:

1. It seems that the unbalanced magnetic force might be large since the pole pair number is odd, how to deal with this issue?

2. There is a typo in the caption of Fig. 6, please fix it.

3. Please provide the vibration ranges of the design parameters in the Genetic Algorithm.
