A good review of the English language is needed. Pay attention to the use of possessive case.

Add more references in the introduction, as the following "Recommendations for the selection of in situ measurement techniques for radiological characterization in nuclear/radiological installations under decommissioning and dismantling processes"

I think that you nedd to justify better the choice of HPGe in your case. HPGe have a lot of good characteristics, but they are more expensive and require more maintenance with respect to other scintillator crystals

Did you checked the temperature when using the HPGe? The detector itself has no problems , but the associated electronics could have. Keep constant the envirnoment temperature colud be helpfull or in any cse a lot  of attention as to be payed to the calibration phase
