Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors of this article address the interesting and forward-looking topic of using avatars for mixed reality communication.

The introduction is written in a coherent and logical manner. The presentation of previous work on the use of avatars in teleconferencing systems, the development and implementation of the in-house approach is correct and well presented. The experiential background was also presented clearly and the results obtained were well presented.

Both the limitations of the experiment perceived and the conclusions drawn are logical and consistent with the analytical results presented.

The number of sources used is sufficient.

I recommend to accept the manuscript for publication.

Reviewer 3 Report

It is an interesting article concerning Automatic Gaze Alignment of the Teleported Avatar for MR Collaborative Environments. What I miss are definitions of the most important constructs. How do you define for example Mixed Reality?

Please improve the English, as sentences are difficult to read and understand.
