Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The Authors reported on an interesting and rare case of limbic encephalitis associated with HU antibodies, in a patient with T cell anaplastic lymphoma. The case is well-written and well presented.

Reviewer 2 Report

Here are comments for the study.

" The Authors demonstrated a rare case of limbic encephalitis related to HU-antibodies in a patient with T cell anaplastic lymphoma. Overall manuscript is well written, however there are parts that should be revised before publication.

1. Please make a table for the patients' medical condition including white blood cells count, lactate, LDH, etc.

2. All the abbreviations used should be explained at their first appearances. For example, HU, ALK, MRI and so forth.

Q1. Please make a table for the patients' medical condition including white blood cells count, lactate, LDH, etc.

R1. According to reviewer’s observation, we have added a table of patients’ main laboratory data.

Q2. All the abbreviations used should be explained at their first appearances. For example, HU, ALK, MRI and so forth.

A2. Abbreviations and acronyms have been explained.

Reviewer 3 Report

The authors report a rare case of paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis associated with HU antibodies in a patient and find this patient with anaplastic T cell lymphoma completely respond to the hematological therapy.

I suggest authors show the results of anti-Hu antibody examination for autoantibody screening, and the paper can be interesting for the readers and in this form can be published in Applied Sciences.
