The journal retracts the article titled “Deciphering Socio-Spatial Integration Governance of Community Regeneration: A Multi-Dimensional Evaluation Using GBDT and MGWR to Address Non-Linear Dynamics and Spatial Heterogeneity in Life Satisfaction and Spatial Quality” [1], cited above.
Following publication, the authors contacted the Editorial Office to raise concerns relating to the accuracy of Figure 2 presented in this study [1].
In accordance with the journal’s standard procedures, an investigation was conducted by the Editorial Office and Editorial Board that confirmed that the spatial representation presented in Figure 2 does not accurately reflect the actual sample collection area. As a result, the geographical context of the study was inaccurately represented, affecting the interpretation and discussion of the findings. In particular, the conclusions regarding participants’ perceptions of factors influencing community regeneration governance mechanisms were not appropriately contextualized.
Therefore, the Editorial Board and authors have decided to retract this article in accordance with MDPI’s retraction policy.
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the Buildings journal.
The authors agreed to this retraction.
