Reviewer 2 Report

The authors of the article set out to prove that using a set of different complementary strategies for choosing the optimal solution under conditions of uncertainty in the initial data is better than using one type of strategy. With this, undoubtedly, one must agree. However, the increase in the number of possible options of decision that arise with this approach makes it difficult for the decision maker to choose one of them. Therefore, the way of presenting information becomes important, best of all in a graphical form. From this point of view, Figures 2, 3 and 4 are poorly thought out, difficult to interpret and require additional clarification in the text. It is necessary to give clearer and simpler figures, perhaps to increase their number in order to facilitate the perception of all this information.

As for the strategies for choosing the optimal solution, we can agree with the authors of the article that the adaptive strategy gives the best results.
