Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This review by Lezot at al is well written, pieces of information are clear and complete. I have no particular issues, however, figures are not included in the downloadable manuscript.

I checked the figures and I believe the manuscript is suitable for publication.

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript titled ‘SHH signaling pathway drives pediatric bone sarcoma progression’ by Frederic Lezot et al. details recent developments on the role of SHH and potential therapeutic implication of modulation of SHH signaling in osteosarcoma and Ewing sarcoma. The review is organized well and is informative to the readers in the research area. However, there are several editorial and typographical errors to be corrected.

  1. Numbers in the figure legends do not match with the figures in the text.
  2. There are also a few grammatical and typographical errors as in lines 51, 100, 124, 127, 137, 175, 187, 323, 329, and so on.
