A clearly written "Data descriptor" that meets  all the relevant informations. My only suggestion is - please, consider the picture based tutorial of the introduced analysis as the complementation of the presented final results.

The use case in manuscript is one of typical examples to present kinds of figures created by GEDS. A quick tutorial and more detailed documents are organized on our website http://bioinfo.life.hust.edu.cn/web/GEDS/.

The authors present an interesting web-based interactive system to visualize mRNA, miRNA and protein profiles on existing publically available datasets. The authors used R/Shiny technology for web-based data visualization, this technology greatly facilitates data exploration and hypothesis generation especially to biologist lacking sophisticated programming skills. 

I see the potential usability for such a tool for the community, the manuscript's presentation is acceptable, I would recommend overall English language editing to improve the readability and fluidity of the manuscript. i.e. "An easy-used and vizualized server to survey gene expression is very important for biologist testing hypotheses" could be replaced with: "An easy to use, user-friendly, web-server for the visualization of expression profiles, could greatly facilitate data exploration and hypothesis generation to Biologist".
