The Manuscript entitled “Community analysis of cultivable sapwood endophytes from 2 Apulian olive varieties with different susceptibility to Xylella 3 fastidiosa” are well documented. The Results are well described. Materials and Methods are provided in detail.

  1. Please revise the keywords, which should not repeat in the title of the manuscript.
  2. The quality of figure 2 is not good. It cannot easy to read. Please replace figure 2 with the good quality figure.
  3. Figure 3 B also needs to be replaced.
  4. In figure 3C, O. Salentina is not visible, please improve it
  5. If possible, please improve the quality of figure 4
  6. what is the meaning of N in figure 6C and 6D, please make it clear.
  7. I have found some grammar and typing errors in the whole manuscript. Please revise the manuscript and fix the errors.
