The flow of the paper remains a bit difficult to follow.

- Line 37-41: it needs to be re-write in a simpler way

A: Thank you, we followed your suggestion re-writing the sentence in a clearer way.

 

- Line 90: to me it's a retrospective cohort study

A: Thank you, we agree with you that the study can be considered an observational retrospective cohort study. We modified the sentence in a clearer way
