This paper summarizes a study of the distribution of tetrodotoxin, saxitoxin, and related natural products in the various tissues of certain pufferfish species.  The research appears to be well executed and properly supported by experimental data.  Furthermore, the manuscript is very well written and it can be advanced to production in its present form.  The work is thus recommended for acceptance.
