Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I had the pleasure to review the manuscript ' Dietary management of eosinophilic esophagitis: tailoring the approach'. It is a well written narrative review presenting different dietary strategies of management of eosinophilic esophagitis.

However knowing that in different parts of the world people stick to different diets I wonder if there are any goegraphical differences in incidence of eosinophilic esophagitis. Authors should add the information to their manuscript.

Reviewer 3 Report

The paper submitted by Visaggi et al is a comprehensive review on the possible management of EoE using dietary interventions. The paper is well organized and written and in my opinion it should be published in its current form.
