Thank you very much for your kind comment.

We have made text modifications to shorten the manuscript keeping the essential message. Please see the shortened paragraphs in the results and discussion sections in order to make less repetitive and more comprehensive manuscript.

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors submitted a well written manuscript, "Probiotic strains and intervention total doses for modulating obesity-related microbiota dysbiosis: a systematic review and meta-analysis".

Overall, there was high heterogeneity between the studies, but the authors explained this limitation in the discussion section.

I give minor comments.

Please define the abbreviation of "BAL" on page 8.

In Fig. 8.2 and Fig 8.3, the results should be analyzed using random-effects model, and omit the studies excluded from the analysis the forest plots.

DONE and CORRECTED along the manuscript, It was a Spanish abbreviation of LAB: Lactic Acid Bacteria. It has been added to the abbreviations list as "LAB".

In Fig. 8.2 and Fig 8.3, the results should be analyzed using random-effects model, and omit the studies excluded from the analysis the forest plots.

Also, we have changed Fig. 8.2 and Fig 8.3 using Random-effects model, and omitted the studies excluded from the analysis of forest plots.
