Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

  1. Mention your research novelty and write it down at the end of the introduction section
  2. Your writing structure is very messy. Please change the structure of your paper in the order: introduction, materials and methods, results, discussions, conclusion, patents …etc.
  3. Write your research concept in the methods section and write the results in the Results section so that it is clear to the reader
  4. Add a flowchart in the methods section
  5. You need to complete your research with more references

  1. This manuscript 26 equations in the main text. Except the major equations which are the essential ones that are required to describe the content, most of the other equations should be moved to the appendix section.
  2.  Aren't there any equivalent data-driven models for studying the same aspects ?  The theoretical model are accurate but are limited to specific conditions. Literature study of data-driven studies must be included if applicable.
  3.  The introduction and conclusion section must be elaborated.
  4.  Some grammatically incorrect sentences are present in the manuscript. They must be corrected.

The authors present interesting paper about  the influence and compensation algorithm of elevation space variation. I agree also about that the analysis in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the future design of GEO SAR system, and the improved imaging algorithm can be used to improve the focusing depth of scenes containing elevation information.

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

It is still complicated to read your paper regarding the structure. You must be able to distinguish clearly as section titles so that your paper has sections: Material and Method, Result, Discussion, and Conclusion. Please learn from other papers published in this journal.
