Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I first want to thank the authors for their amendments. These are very helpful and perfectly complement the work. A lot of hidden information is now available, which helps make this manuscript much more consistent. I appreciate the details provided because they really uncover major background elements. Furthermore, adding new tests and figures has amplified the probative power of this work. The structure is more operational too, with a very interesting discussion providing further research perspectives.
In my opinion, this paper is now ready for publication, provided that minor spelling and grammar mistakes are fixed in the amendments.

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript has been substantially improved. The most of my specific and technical comments have been adressed. Thus, My recommendation is to publish the paper in the Journal after some technical corrections.

I have only several technical comments. Please see the attached highlighted (in green) version of the manuscript.

P.s. Concerning my previous comment that was not clear for authors (line 693 in the first version of the article): my comment was devoted to reference 26 (not to reference 27). I meant that before the number 10.1142/3171 at the end of reference 26, "doi:" should be added, i.e. should be "doi: 0.1142/3171."
instead of "10.1142/3171".
