The Journal retracts the article, “Abusive Supervision Impact on Employees’ Creativity: A Mediated-Moderated Perspective” [1], cited above.
Following publication, concerns were brought to the attention of the publisher regarding a potential undisclosed conflict of interest between authors and the Academic Editor.
Adhering to our procedure, a full investigation was conducted by the Editorial Office and Editorial Board, which confirmed the presence of a potential undisclosed conflict of interest that does not comply MDPI policies (https://www.mdpi.com/ethics#_bookmark22). Further Editorial board evaluation identified a number of significant limitations and flaws in the analysis and findings presented. As a result, the Editorial Board has lost confidence in the validity of the findings and decided to retract this publication [1], as per MDPI’s retraction (https://www.mdpi.com/ethics#_bookmark30).
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Sustainability.
The authors did not agree to this retraction.
