The article is an interesting one. The article covers a wide set of disciplines .

The following comments will help improve the manuscript.
1. The introduction section is reasonable, written well, but very narrowly focussed; therefore, the authors must check to make it more relevant to the journal. The term used is ‘mixed method’ however more appropriate is hybrid/ integrated approach
2.  The research objective(s) are not clear; if the authors can add research objectives following research contributions, then it will increase readability.

4. It would be nice to see some kind of research framework figure to be added for this research.

5. Justify the solution method selected in terms of the research objectives.  

6. You describe several integrated approaches in the methodology section. What is the rationale of employing such techniques alone or in combination? What possible alternatives to the strategy or approach used for this study?

7. Strengthen the motivation and discussion parts substantially.
8. Demonstrate adequately that your solution findings have been logically derived and that conclusions, solutions/recommendations are fully supported by evidence
9. While this is still a budding topic, still one can find many research papers in other reputed journals as well.

The peer-reviewed scientific study of 14 pages is undoubtedly a very interesting scientific work, the content of which can be beneficial not only for theory but also for practice.

  However, the authors probably neglected to sufficiently read the instructions for authors available on the journal's website and strictly follow them so that the content structure of their scientific work is respected.

  For this reason, the deficiency already occurs in the abstract, where I recommend expanding it by clearly setting the goal, the scientific research methods used (one can only be deduced) as well as specifying the results of the study themselves.

The introduction lacks a really clearly defined main goal and secondary goals. I did not find either established hypotheses or research questions that the authors should have clearly answered in the final chapter, which would fulfill the very meaning of their scientific work. These unequivocal answers are missing. The authors tried to replace these mandatory parts with a "scenario"

The relatively short introduction lacks a definition of the importance of the topic as well as an explanation of the basic term "manager". It is necessary to thoroughly explain who he is, what his relationship is to the organization, to subordinate employees, because someone will have to ensure the functioning of the business companies that the authors refer to in the text itself. It does this very conveniently, for example:

The number of used sources (39) for the number of pages of the scientific study (14) is insufficient. To increase the scientific value of the work, I recommend the authors to expand this number by important ideas related to the functioning of the financial market as well as in the works:

The mandatory discussion part is missing. As I mentioned, in the conclusion it is necessary to clearly answer the established research questions and hypotheses with proper justification. It is also necessary to address the issue of future research.

This paper discusses an important problem related to the challenges, development and policies of the government of service robots in South Korea. Based on literature review, expert workshops, consistency evaluation, and general morphological analysis, four scenarios are created and corresponding measures are proposed. The scenarios cover the criteria of Technological Development, Infrastructural Development, Commercial Acceptance, Social Acceptance, Policy and Regulatory Environment, and Technological Competition.  The findings thoroughly exhaust the most important factors concerning the future of service robots in South Korea. 

To the authors I have the following question: to what extent can the proposed methodology and conclusions be valid not only for South Korea but for other economies with similar or some distinguishing indicators?   

In summary, my opinion is that the paper has many valuable features and I recommend that it be published in its present form.

“There are many scenario approaches and techniques, so they were divided into exploratory and normative [50], ranging from simplistic to complex and qualitative to quantitative [28,51]” P4.L139-141.

“GMA is a method for structuring and investigating. Non-quantifiable problem complexes were structured and contained in multidimensions [52,54–56]. GMA has been widely used in many fields from engineering design to policy analysis [57]. It has been used in crime and terrorist attack scenarios [58], and for threat scenarios in nuclear facilities [59].” P4.L145-149.

“However, causal thinking is restricted in the scenario process because sometimes unpredictable events such as political situations or human behaviors occur. The GMA technique ensures consistency under uncertain and complex situations [51]. Moreover, it has been used to reflect the opinions of numerous experts as quantitative data, not the subjective judgment of a small number of experts.” P4.L151-L155.

4.          Limitation of the work to be included .

5.          A more detailed explanation would be needed to illustrate the true benefits of the applied method. As part of this research process, it is also necessary to improve the discussions from this research in terms of managerial perspective.
