Reviewer 2 Report

In this paper, the authors did an interesting research to explore sustainable consumer behavior while shopping at a self-service store with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Both VR and EGG tech were used to gather information as to analyze how consumers take shopping decisions when buying FMCG.

The topic is interesting and research questions are clearly presented. The conclusions well are supported by descriptive statistics such as mean value, standard deviation, correlation analysis as well as Valence/Arousal Index. I think it acceptable for publication. Some details are as follows:

(1)Figure 1 is not clear enough.

(2)Is it easily extended to other cases, such as other consumers, other cities, and so on. It must be interesting with more findings.

(3)When using VR and EGG, does the author consider the cost?

(4)Do the authors have something wrongly predicted during research?
