Explain why ANOVA and PCA has only been opted though there are several statistical techniques.
Section 2.2: explain why one-way ANOVA why not two-way ANOVA?
Concentration was the only one factor we compared in our results, so one-way ANOVA was applied.
PCA analysis by Canoco was often used to analyze the environmental influence, so we chose it to support our study.
