The paper has some unique information but not at all written in a style of journal article. It seems like a reporting. Kindly rewrite in the form of a journal article. The article must have a proper sections for Abstract, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and discussion, and finally conclusions.

1. Abstract: "Thus this research aims to adjust the Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) field of Mostadam according to Taif characteristics" --- Your aim of adjusting the IEQ of Mostadam w.r.to Taif is alright but the abstract should convey the characteristics of which you want to adjust. I mean you abstract must have a short information about research problem, research hypothesis, methods and results. Kindly rewrite yours abstract completely.
2. Conclusion: You have two graph and one table in conclusion section. this is really unusual. Kindly follow a published journal to understand writing style of conclusion. 
3. Introduction: Not sufficient literature for IEQ and rating methods from other part of world such as "Computation of zone-level ventilation requirement based on actual occupancy, plug and lighting load information" and "The significance of physiological equivalent temperature (PET) in outdoor thermal comfort studies"
