This clinical case is original and well documented from the orthopedic point of view. However, clinical symptoms of GERD and its diagnosis must be improved

The point of view of this case study is very interesting, and the discussion of upper cross syndrome is useful for readers as this disease is not famous.

Comment:

Is the diagnosis of GERD performed by only subjective symptoms including heart burn and acid reflux? The findings of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy should be mentioned if it was performed. If it was not performed, it is better to describe symptomatic GERD.
