This is a very complex piece of molecular epidemiology that is quite hard to follow. But it’s conclusions are very well done.

After reading the manuscript entitled: "Transmission patterns of Clostridioides difficile in a non-epidemic setting based on WGS analysis" I recommend to accept this manuscript for publication in a current form. This manuscript is of high quality, well-written and in my opinion seems to be very valuable for science community.
