In this paper, the authors proposed a scheme to solve the online facility location problem.  This paper is easy to follow and well organized, but the performance evaluation or analysis section is weak. The detailed comments are as follows: 

1) Please clearly describe what is the "Evolving Metrics" in the abstract as well as in the introduction section.

2) The authors should provide the motivation sentences related to the proposed scheme compared with the existing methods in the abstract as well as in the introduction section or related works.

3)The proof for the proposed scheme is great, but it would be better if the authors can include the simulation findings for the proposed scheme compared to the existing approaches.

Before this paper is accepted, it would be ideal for the authors to have a very clear statement early on in the paper regarding the key difference between the submitted paper and previous work entitled "Facility Location in Evolving Metrics." It is not clear to me what the contribution of this paper is.
