Submission received: 2 February 2026 / Accepted: 11 February 2026 / Published: 19 March 2026
There was an error in the original publication [1]. Reference [84] was cited incorrectly. The error was due to a typographical/reference-numbering issue, which resulted in an incorrect in-text citation.
A correction has been made to the References and the last paragraph of Section 4.2.
Reference [84] has been replaced with:
  • You, S.; Cheng, X.; Yu, C.; Dang, Z. Effects of groundwater flow on the heat transfer performance of energy piles: Experimental and numerical analysis. Energy Build. 2017, 155, 249–259.
The in-text citation has been corrected to You et al. [84], while the remaining text of the original paragraph remains unchanged. The final corrected paragraph is as follows: “From the heat transfer perspective, the presence of a water table is also critical. An experimental study obtained by You et al. [84] indicated that as the groundwater flows, an increase in the soil conductivity, in addition to an increase in heat transfer, is obtained.”
The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
