The authors have developed dynamic prediction of overall survival for patients with osteosarcoma using the EURAMOS-1 clinical trial data.

The topic is fashionable and interesting.

1) The authors categorized age into three groups. Can we see the 5-year death probabilities for children with different characteristics and disease status in addition to the adolescent model because the Child was a worse prognostic variable in this study?

2) I can't understand the situation of LR and NM. Were they developed simultaneously? If we use this prediction model, how do we treat LR and NM status?

3) I think the missing status for surgical margin should be excluded from the statistical analysis because the authors excluded the patients with missing tumor volume.
