overall the manuscript has been improved but a few issues  on the following lines need to be re looked at;

  1. line 27-31, .......has started to grow ( This is  year 2020). use the correct tense
  2. Simplify in your own words  and for readers the meaning of " Leimotiv of humanitarian crisis management"
