1. The Introduction could be expanded to provide a better background and establish the rationale for the study.
2. The Discussion section could be expanded to highlight the novelty and significance of the findings and observations presented in the study. 
3. The Abstract could be rephrased and rewritten such that it better represents and embodies the essence of the manuscript. 
4. The Methods could be described in a relatively greater detailed manner.
