1- The idea of this manuscript is valuable and it was written in a good shape, which can response to your hypothesis. But, it would be best if you could provide information regarding to the agro-morphological and quality trait of these studied genotypes and then also categorize them based on this issue. 

2- There are some grammatical errors thought-out the manuscript. Please try to solve this problem.

Answer: We added a paragraph explaining the traits used to select the characterized genotypes.

Answer: We changed the sentence to: “Molecular markers such as SSRs [13,14] and next-generation techniques such as GBS (Genotyping by sequencing) or RRL (Reduced Representation Libraries)”
