Very nice article and excellent images. 

1) I would suggest to modify the title of subsection 3 as "Neuroinflammatory Cascade of TBI"

2) Given the rather innovative and theranostic perspective of this article I would recommend to add the following paper to the reference list: 

Ganau L, Prisco L, Ligarotti GKI, Ambu R, Ganau M. Understanding the pathological basis of neurological diseases through diagnostic platforms based on innovations in biomedical engineering: new concepts and theranostic perspectives. Medicines (Basel). 2018;5(1):22. doi: 10.3390/medicines5010022.

Response: We have revised the main text and modified the title of  mentioned subsection the as "Neuroinflammatory Cascade of TBI"
