Thank you for revising your article - I believe it is now ready for acceptance.
I would suggest (this can be done in the page proofs stage and should not be used as a reason for another round of revisions!) - my suggestion would be to use an asterisk to indicate significant difference caused by one factor and another symbol (e.g., an inverted dagger) to indicate the significance of another factor. Otherwise, the upper and lower case letters are confusing and it is not clear to me as to why some data points have only one letter, while others have two...
Other than that, the article is ready for acceptance.
