Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

the manuscript Molecular Mechanisms and Applications of N-Acyl Homoserine-2 in Lactone-Mediated Quorum Sensing in Bacteria, is an interesting work that directly raises the relevance of bacterial QS mechanisms as well as various application perspectives and that allows identifying the participation of these factors in the microbiome of various animal and plant species and even perspectives as adjuvants in the treatment of some diseases. The work will be of great interest to the journal readers.
