Foundations of Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Gravity
A section of Universe (ISSN 2218-1997).
Section Information
This section presents original research articles and reviews related to the latest research and development in the field of the foundations of quantum mechanics and quantum gravity. This is a large area, ranging from the study of quantum systems in the laboratory and the foundations of quantum mechanics all the way to quantum cosmology and quantum gravity. Specific topics of interest include, but are not limited to, aspects of quantum nonlocality and contextuality, relativistic quantum information theory, quantum fields on curved backgrounds, the quantum structure of spacetime, quantum systems in gravitational fields, and the link between quantum information and fundamental physics.
Submissions in this section are encouraged to cross boundaries between traditionally separate lines of research, open new perspectives on foundational and fundamental questions, and/or establish links between theoretical and observational/experimental progress.
