Proteomes was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2018 Proteomes received its first CiteScore (2017) of 2.3.
2021 Proteomes established the following sections:

2023 Proteomes received its first Impact Factor (2022) of 3.3.
The year 2023 marks the 10th Anniversary of Proteomes.
